Susy was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2003, she relocated to Hilton Head Island. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education and Bible from Washington Bible College.
Susy’s favorite mission trips have been to Myanmar in 2015 and Kenya in 2023. She also had the opportunity to visit her daughter in India when she was serving as a missionary. She looks forward to meeting them in person and seeing their ministry, Harvesters International.
Susy and her husband, Rod, met in February of 1991 at a coed volleyball program held weekly at their church gym. They went out on their first date two weeks later, got engaged in August, and married in November! They have three adult children: Zach, Alli, and Greg.
